Voting
Votes per IP address are limited to 25 for any contest entry. After that the contest database will not allow you to put in more votes. You will be able to vote another 25 times for additional contest entries.

Order Status
You will receive an automated email from us to confirm that your order has been submitted successfully. You will receive an additional email message when your order is shipped, along with a tracking number if applicable.

GoShoeGo.com is responsible for your package until delivery is confirmed by the carrier via tracking number. If your package is lost or never received, we resend your order and make a claim with the carrier.

Shipping Policy
All the kits purchased will be shipped via USPS or UPS. UPS Ground is the default shipping method for all shipments. All products ship from Bear, DE 19701

Backorders and Delays
If one or more of the items you order is on backorder, we will hold the order until all items are in stock. We will notify you within 24 business hours by email of any backordered items.

Return Policy
» All kit sales are final and non-returnable unless merchandise is defective. Defective merchandise must be returned in it’s original package using the enclosed form marked ‘Merchandise Defect Return’. (mismatched shoe sizes and missing brass insert(s) constitute defective merchandise.)

Arbitration

Further, the arbitrator(s) shall have no authority to award punitive, consequential or other damages not measured by the prevailing party's actual damages in any arbitration initiated under this section, except as may be required by statute.
